Our first public event ever!

League of Women Voters of Dare County invited me and Jessica to speak at their monthly luncheon last month at 3 Tequilas in Kill Devil Hills on St. Patrick's Day. What a total blast! We had a lot of laughs telling them how Charitocracy works and about the origins of Charitocracy OBX. Donor (and prolific OBX nominator) John Towler wrote about it for their monthly newsletter. Thanks for the opportunity!

March 2022 winner International Rescue Committee

Last night we named Charitocracy's 67th monthly winner. Congratulations to International Rescue Committee, nominated by donor TdotWING. They help people affected by humanitarian crises to survive, recover and rebuild their lives. You can find their website here.

Now you have a week to further sweeten the pot with a special one-time donation of any amount, which we'll add straight to the check we write to IRC next week. (We received one already, thanks!)
